, we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We GUARANTEE an exchange or refund on any product that does not meet with your approval. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days and we will exchange the product or refund your money.
If you would like to return an item, call our customer assistants
at 408-295-0205
to replace or return any item. Our representatives will cheerfully provide you with a return expediting number to be noted on your return slip for credit processing.
Just take your package to the nearest post office, affix proper postage and your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
In order to qualify for a full refund, all items must be in like-new condition with all tags and labeling intact and in the original packaging. Please be sure to use packing sufficient to prevent damage. Also, please be sure your return is prepaid and insured for appropriate value. |
