Limited Warranty – Original BMW Motorcycle Rider's Wear

BMW of North America, Inc. warrants Original BMW Motorcycle Rider's Wear, distributed by BMW of North America, Inc., and purchased over the counter or by mail order from an authorized BMW motorcycle retailer, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months, commencing the date of purchase.

To obtain service under this warranty, the defective Rider's Wear must be brought to an authorized BMW motorcycle retailer. Upon presentation of the original sales invoice showing the purchase date and BMW part number, the retailer will repair or exchange the item free of charge. The decision to repair or exchange said item(s), which are found to be defective is the sole prerogative of BMW of North America, Inc. Items for which exchanges are made, become the property of BMW of North America, Inc.

BMW of North America, Inc. makes no other express warranty on this product.

The duration of any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability, is limited to the duration of the express warranty herein contained.  BMW of North America, Inc. hereby excludes incidental and consequential damages, including loss of time, inconvenience or loss of use if the vehicle for any breach of any express or implied warranty including the implied warranty of merchantability that may be applicable to this product. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state
